Payment

For Local and International customers
UVshades accepts PayPal Website Payments with an additional 5% PayPal fee. PayPal also supports major credit/debit cards via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal account transfers.
Do not worry, you will be able make your payment with or without a PayPal account.

You will be prompted to make payment via PayPal immediately after sending in an order at the shopping cart. Your order will be secured automatically after payment.

Shipping

UVshades’s default postal service provider is SingPost.

For all local delivery within Singapore, we will provide free of charge delivery for all our local customers. UVshades also provide self-collection if customer is in Singapore. We can arrange a meet-up at a convenient place, or you may choose to visit our office to collect your goods.

For all international delivery outside of Singapore, a flat rate of S$5.00 per order is compulsory (regardless of no. of products purchased).

Exchange/Return

In the event where you have received a defected good due to delivery problems, please kindly drop us an email immediately at admin@uvshades.net , and we’ll confirm the exchange details with you within 3 working days.
Exchange goods have to reach us in 14 days from the original day of receipt. We will only provide the same item for exchange for defective goods.

We only carry a limited quantity of goods in our inventory. In the event where the exchange good is out-of-stock, buyer can choose to exchange for other goods from UVshades.net carrying the same value or lower.
You may however top up the difference if the good you chosen to exchange for is of a higher value. 1 time exchange only is allowed per buyer per transaction.

All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will be denied.
Note: ALL SALES items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We understand the importance of protecting your private information, and will uphold your privacy rights with the utmost priority.

While visiting the UVshades site, we may ask you to sign up with us and/or provide information that personally identifies you, including but not limited to any name, address, contact number, email address, birth date, order information, and credit card/payment information.

The information provided will enable us to make your navigation around our site more enjoyable and to keep improving our service level with you.
